Membership, in plain terms
LaVeena offers her education and support services within a Private Membership Association (PMA). Here is what that means for you, without the legalese.
What a PMA is
A Private Membership Association is a private, contract-based association of members. Instead of offering services to the general public, LaVeena works with people who have joined the association as members. Her services inside the PMA are education and support. She does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or manage diseases, whether you are a member or not.
The ICONIC PMA is inspired by Direct Primary Care principles, but structured as a private association to ensure mutual consent and flexibility. For a flat fee, you get personalized wellness education without insurance companies in the middle. That keeps it transparent and focused only on you.
Honest note: membership is not a loophole around good medical care. LaVeena's scope is the same inside the PMA as outside it. Education and support alongside your own medical providers, never instead of them.
What membership includes
Direct access
- Reach LaVeena directly by text, email, phone, or telehealth, as set out in your membership agreement
- Same-day or next-business-day virtual appointments when you need them
- Unhurried sessions with real time to learn and explore what you want to understand, not a rushed fifteen minutes
Comprehensive wellness education
- Education on what a holistic assessment covers (hair, blood, stool, saliva, urine), with basic labs at discounted pricing through partners like Labcorp and Sonora Quest
- Learn to understand functional labs in plain language: hormones, gut health, nutrients, metabolism, thyroid, and more
- Education on nutrition, supplementation, herbal, and lifestyle approaches
Everyday and chronic wellness
- Educational, natural-first strategies for common concerns like fatigue, digestion, hormone balance, and metabolic health
- Gentle detoxification, immune support, and stress and sleep strategies
- Introductions to non-invasive tools such as frequency, light, and sound therapies
Everything here is education and support, offered to help you become your own authority in health. None of it is diagnosis, treatment, or disease management, and none of it replaces your own medical care.

$699/month
Add $99 per month for each additional family member.
Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Rejoining later requires approval and a $199 re-enrollment fee. Medicare members are welcome, though the PMA has opted out, so services are not billable to Medicare. You can still use your HSA and outside benefits for labs, imaging, food, and supplements.
How this model is different
This is not concierge medicine. Concierge practices still bill insurance. The ICONIC PMA stays out of insurance entirely, which keeps fees lower and the focus squarely on you. There is no packed schedule of eighteen to twenty appointments a day, which is what makes the unhurried sessions possible.
